What is Skyblue Fashion's RETURN & REFUND POLICY?
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you are received any manufacturing defect with any product, we will accept replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery as follows:
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may exchange the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a an exchange, within 2 days you need to courier to our office address from the date on which these goods are delivered. Within 2 days of delivery date you need to submitted proof of return courier receipt copy to our email address email@example.com or Whatsapp no +91 8153007354, one has to send it back to us through any courier.
Skyblue Fashion’s exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on https://skybluefashions.com for any reason within the specified exchange period.
HOW I RETURN PRODUCT?
Within 2 days of delivered date you need to send product via local courier / Indiapost to our address by self within 2 days of Delivery date, and submitted proof of courier receipt to our customer executive email address or whatsapp number.
HOW I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
For exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. For exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you after received your return courier.
WHY HAS MY RETURN REQUEST BEEN DECLINED?

WHY IS MY RETURNED PRODUCT RE-SHIPPED?
This may have happened, if the item you have returned is used, damaged or original tags or MRP tags are missing. For more details, please call our customer care.
Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement.
WHEN I GET MY REFUND?
In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund back the order amount to you.
We hold the right to cancel the order placed by the customer OR refuse the return request in case the customer has returned too many orders or dislike product.
We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy and these accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept COD shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs.150 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns.
